I got disconnected, from a live webinar or video recording. What should I do?

If you get disconnected from the live webinar you are participating in or get disconnected while viewing an on-demand training video/resource, you can pickup where you left off in one of two ways:

1. You can try rejoining from the original webinar page if that browser window is still open.

2. You can use the functionality in your Dashboard to rejoin the webinar or video replay.  You can access your Dashboard from the home page.  Just click the 'My Dashboard' link in the upper left corner of the home page.  Then, click the 'Live Webinar I Started, NOT Completed Yet' link on the left side menu of the Dashboard or click the 'On-Demand Webinar I Started, NOT Completed Yet' link.  These will list any outstanding live or on-demand webinars / videos you started and have not completed yet.  They will also give you the link to rejoin your webinar or video replay.

NOTE: Incomplete webinars can generally only be resumed up to 2 hours after the scheduled end time. After that, the webinar may still appear in dashboard history as attempted or abandoned, but it is no longer resumable.
