How We Collect Your Information:

You directly provide use with most of the data we collect via web page form submittals that are part of the video training functionality provided by our websites. We also collect information sent to us via your browser when accessing our webpages and web forms.  We collect and process your data when you:

  • Voluntarily access our websites via your browser.
  • Voluntarily register online.
  • Voluntarily participate in a live online webinar, or view an on-demand webinar.
  • Voluntarily complete an online customer survey or provide feedback online.
  • Voluntarily email us.

The Way We Use Your Information:

Your information is used to provide you with the online services you request to us while browsing our websites online.  In order to improve the usage of the website and provide content which is most relevant to you, we also use your information to customize your browsing experience.  In addition, the information we collect can be used in summary and detail to report website impact to our partners and sponsors so that they can tailor future training content to better suite your needs.

If you request continuing education credits, we use your information to email you a certificate of attendance and notify the appropriate continuing education organizations of your participation.  We do not share your information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete this order.

When you send us an email, we use your email correspondence and return email addresses to answer your email and we may forward your email along to the appropriate partner, sponsor, or 3rd party to respond to your email. Such email correspondence and email addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties unless you are asking for outside party help or information.

You can register and subscribe to our website to receive email notifications of upcoming webinars. Information you submit on our website while using other website features, will not be used for this purpose unless you specifically fill out an online subscription form.

We may use your email address you used to register for a webinar to send you a survey after a webinar, to improve the usability or other aspects of our website or our performance. This survey may include questions about the The Webinar Portal website, the webinar software used, or about the particular webinar that you participated in.

We never use or share your information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the processing and fulfillment of your online requests and activity.   We do NOT sell your information.  Our websites do NOT respond to 'Do Not Track' browser settings.  If you disagree with our privacy policy, do NOT continue using our websites.

Cookies are small text files which are automatically generated and placed on your computer by your Internet browser and contain session information.

We use cookies to keep track of your registration information that is passed between forms during the webinar workflow process and to pre-populate your forms when you return to the Webinar Portal.  Other 3rd party services we use may also use cookies such as Goolge Analytics, a service from Google Inc. (“Google”). 

You can configure your browser to NOT allow any cookies or to be warned when a cookie is placed on your system. See the documentation of your browser on how to do this. Disabling cookies will interfere with your browsing experience when attending webinars and completing the webinar workflow process.  Because you are not able to complete a webinar or receive continuing education credit without using cookies, we do politely ask that you allow your browser to use cookies from our websites.

You can also correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error.  Email all request to our contact information listed below.
