What is the Participant Dashboard and how do I access it?


Use the My Dashboard link or the red My Dashboard button in the upper-left area of the portal homepage. Dashboard access appears when you have registered for a webinar in your current browser recently, generally within about the last month.

Your Dashboard lets you:

  • Resume webinars you started but did not complete, within the resume window.
  • View webinars you completed.
  • Review webinars you attempted but abandoned.
  • Manage portal subscription preferences.
