What do I do if the 'NEXT' button does not show after completing the satisfaction survey in STEP-2 of the webinar workflow?

Issue: Upon completing the satisfaction survey you receive the Thank You page instructing you to click the 'Next' button to continue but there is no 'Next' button at the bottom of the page. This is a browser incompatibility issue that is related to the browser your are using and it's settings.

Solution: Depending on the web browser you are using, you'll need to click the appropriate access keys on your keyboard to continue past the satisfaction survey.

Internet Explorer, Chrome or Safari web browser on a Windows PC: click the <Alt> + <n> keys

Firefox web browser on a Windows PC: click the <Alt><Shift> + <n> keys

Firefox, Chrome or Safari web browser on a Mac: click the <Control><Alt> + <n> keys
