COR Webinar Series - This is part eight of an eight part series that will provide new CORs the foundational knowledge to perform their jobs effectively. Performance of the site work under the contract is over, but the contract is not quite yet complete. The final webinar in this series will go through all of the necessary steps to bring our construction contract to a close. This will include conducting the final inspection, accepting the work, making final payment to the contractor, completing a contractor performance evaluation, and archiving our records.

About the Presenters
Todd Davis is an Acquisition Analyst with the Policy, Practices, and Standards Branch under the NRCS Office of the Chief Procurement and Property Officer. Todd has 18 years of federal contracting experience, plus five years of private sector contracting experience, including construction and A-E services. He is FAC-C Level III certified. Todd is also an instructor for the NRCS Contract Administration for Construction Contracts course and has developed and presented training on numerous contracting topics.
Dale Garber is an NRCS construction engineer in Louisiana at the Crowley Watershed Construction Office. He has over 30 years of construction experience working on multi-million dollar contracts for the restoration of coastal wetlands in Louisiana. He is an instructor for the NRCS Contract Administration for Construction Contracts course. Dale is a Level III certified COR.
