Dr. Jacqueline Aenlle is an Assistant Professor of Agricultural and Natural Resources Communication in the Department of Communications and Agricultural Education at Kansas State University. She first became interested in science communication during graduate school when she founded a science podcast that covered controversial topics in food, agriculture, and natural resources. Since then, Dr. Aenlle has helped host and produce various agricultural science podcasts. Dr. Aenlle’s research focuses on the science of science communication. Her most recent work explores scientists' experiences participating in digital science outreach opportunities and the role of trust in science communication. Dr. Aenlle currently leads the Kansas Science Communication Initiative and looks forward to continuing to grow interdisciplinary, collaborative science communication efforts and programming.
