This webinar will increase the awareness and understanding of agroforestry as a viable land management practice for small-scale landowners.
Producers across the southeast have started to express interest in silvopasture, a primary agroforestry practice which is the management of livestock and timber on the same acre. The presenters will give an overview of how the practice of woodland grazing has evolved in the region and will discuss the role of social factors in the adoption of agroforestry practices.
This webinar is sponsored by the USDA NRCS East National Technology Support Center.
