This webinar will discuss the individual pine bark beetles that we have in Alabama and across the southeastern United States and the implications that they have for forest landowners and forestry professionals.

Species identification, control strategies, and preventative forest management prescriptions will be discussed in addition to forest harvesting techniques to reduce the likelihood of forest pest issues following timber harvesting operations.
