Many NRCS employees and others could find themselves in close proximity to electrically powered irrigation equipment during normal on-farm planning activities. Some employees as part of their job will be required to check out, certify, or spot check electrically powered equipment and its installation. Completion of this Part 2 webinar and companion Part 1 webinar of Understanding Irrigation Electrical Safety for NRCS Employees will inform employees of potential hazards and ways to protect themselves as they carry out their duties.

Contact your supervisor, State Conservation Engineer, or Technical Support Center Water Management Engineer if you need additional information or assistance.
